- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Started within NA East Ute-Yomigo, but now persists to even on the home screen before you launch character
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I started the game in fullscreen, changed to windowed to tab out for a second. When I switched back to game and set back to fullscreen, there is now a visual bug where it still shows a border around the game even if the game is set to fullscreen. I have closed game and restarted computer and still experiencing bug.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Change type from Fullscreen to Windowed. Move windowed between different monitors, then try to change back to Fullscreen. It should expand and blow up like it should but applies a border around the game.
