• Describe the issue you are experiencing: the life staff perk - Mending Protection is not working. I tried to heal myself with less than 50% HP with the orb of protection and got no healing bonus. I also tried to heal an ally with less than 50% health and got no healing bonus. I did the test with the boot that has the perk and one that doesn’t, both give the same buffs after the protection orb. I also tried testing by seeing just the absolute amount of healing done per second after the skill with perk and without. Both were the same values.

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I spent a lot of resources to guarantee a boot with perk + resilient and after I get it I see that it doesn’t work. This made me very frustrated.
