[BUG] Ice gauntlet / Ice Storm and Amber gem interaction

• What server/world did you experience your issue on:’
  Cygnus

• Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  When using Ice gauntlet with a nature gem in it(and focus build) - only the 1st tick of the Ice storm skill has added Nature dmg - every other tick is pure ice - all other skills have Nature dmg properly added to every tick.

• Is this a bug or an exploit:
  Bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:
  Lower dmg due to not being able to convert one of the weapon skill’s dmg type.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
  Use Ice gauntlet with gem converting the dmg in it and cast Ice storm
