Issue that occurred: Ice Pylon skill stuck on cooldown
Time and Date: 9/17/2022 1:00pm PST
World/Server: El Dorado/Westernesse Theta
Location where issue occurred: Monarch’s Bluffs Chason Steep
Able to recover by equipping a different weapon and logging out for several minutes
Steps taken to reproduce the issue: Unable to reproduce
