Bug in Journey 1, need level 60, not completed. Please help me

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I don’t know, I played with the character normally and talking to some friends I realized that this journey had not been completed even though I was at level 60.

Information that I believe to be useful, talking to a member of our guild about what happened, he also has this problem, he reported that before connecting with the main character who is level 60, he connected with a low level character ( 25), and quite likely I must have done the same thing.

Why did you connect to a low level character in the first place?
He and I have 3 characters on the same server " Devaloka " because we create characters on several servers to play and have fun and with Mergs all characters are on Devaloka , we only evolved the merchant skills of " Leather , Foundry and Fabric " to have access to extra daily “the famous ALTs”.
