Bug: jumped into a wall and couldn't get out

• Issue that occurred: tried to jump/vault over a wall by pressing space and I somehow vaulted into the wall and got stuck.

• Time and Date 7:12 p.m Central Daylight Time on 10/6/2021

• World/Server US East, Topan

• Location where issue occurred: The tower structure called Norma right above the Everfall Settlement

• Any steps that can be taken to reproduce the issue: To make this happen I was trying to vault over the wall next to the staircase close to where the stairs reach the top. Here is a pic I took when it happened. Right around where i am standing is where I tried to jump over.

Had encountered a similar issue with an other tower structure in the Everfall area.

• Issue that occurred: tried to jump/vault over a wall and somehow vaulted into the wall and got stuck.
• Time and Date ‎16 ‎October ‎2021, ‏‎23:43:31 (time in GMT+3)
• Location where issue occurred: At one of the tower structure right of Everfall Settlement
• Any steps that can be taken to reproduce the issue: I simply vaulted over the middle section of one of the wall ledges. The attached pictures was taken when the issue occurred and the position coordinates from top left may be used to approximate the wall section. I also believe that i might have vaulted at an angle and not directly perpendicular to the wall.
