Describe the issue you are experiencing: My gear has a perk recover health on flurry dmg called Leeching Flurry which heals for 28% dmg . It was working before patch and now its NOT.
Is this a bug or an exploit: BUG
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I can no longer keep myself alive taking on high level mobs… Nearly get killed everytime…

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Put on gear that has a leeching flurry perk on it… and go hit something with it. Before patch it would be a noticeable heal now… ITS NOTHING. It should heal me for 28% of the dmg done but now it does NOT.
@Luxendra Please note this bug too. Leeching Flurry perk on gear no longer works. It was pre patch working fine. It should heal on flurry hits but nothing happens.
This for sure has something to do with the update to the leaching values, from 1.5% max to now 5% max, they prob changed the variable name or something and now that perk (Maybe all leaching perks) no longer works.
I wanna try it with cyclone leach perk for the spear skill to see if it is bugged on that as well.
Yea probably update screwed it up. I tested it further…
It’s either healing me somewhat randomly or not at all. And On Kill gives me nothing everytime.
I know how much it should heal me cause i was playing up to patch down time.
