Tested this today. This needs to be fixed. This is not another post complaining about the limit of weekly mutations.
Issue:
If I am inside a dungeon with a group, and 1 or more people they leave or ragequit, and then I invite a replacement person, the game deducts 1 ticket/entrance of my 25 weekly for EACH OF THE NEW TEAMMATES ENTERING.
Anecdote from other members:
had 18 runs left today. I started a Dynasty M10 and, 10 minutes in, my group ragequit. Things happen. The last guy to leave said “give up”, but I said “I don’t want to lose 4k shards and get -1 on mutation cap”, so I refilled the group after a long while. When we finished the dungeon and checked the entrance, suddenly I had 13 runs left, instead of 17.
It seems as if when a group fails and the group gets refilled, those new who enter deduct from your limit or something. Not only is the 25 limit low when it works properly, but then this happens…

Perhaps. But it was not documented as such in the patch notes. And the scenario I described can happen legitimately without selling shards.
So I think it’s a bug.
Also there was a post about another person in a group with a healer who had their last run.
He d/c and after logging in couldn’t join the group, with a message saying that the healer (in game name) had used all their allotment. That makes sense now because it would have counted as another -1 to the healer and party already inside dungeon.
They need to just remove the limit as they can’t even get it to function properly.
Another issue is that if the person that opens is using their last run then ever one in the group on that run is considered on their last run. And it’s a disaster if you have a DC/need to replace. We had a person that was just not up to the mut and asked to be replaced half way though but, when the new replacement person got to the door they got a message saying they couldn’t enter because me (the person already in the dungeon that opened) had used their last entry. WTF. The person coming in had like 15 entries left. How did we fix it? I had to leave and give up my last run so they could actually form a full group and continue. What a mess.
