Recentemente comprei a minha primeira casa em Guardaventos com 50% de desconto.
Quando você vai comprar a primeira casa, ele exibe os seguintes valores:
Casa (de 20.000G por 10.000G)
Ambos com 50% de desconto. Todavia, quando você realiza a compra, você realmente recebe o desconto do preço da casa, mas não recebe o desconto de 50% (previamente anunciado).
Vi um tópico até falando disso (link ). Duas pessoas responderam mas sem dúvidas as mesmas não se atentaram ao anúncio de compra das casas. Realmente no anúncio mostra o desconto de 50% tanto no preço da casa quanto no valor da taxa. Vou pedir para algum amigo, que ainda não comprou casa, tirar uma print para eu trazer pro tópico.

Buying my first house. A 10.000 Gold house (reduced from 20.000 being my first house.
It clearly says the tax is also reduced to half, but it isn’t. I am paying 2000 per week. I only have territory standing tax perk which gives me abit more than 25% tax reduction for properties.
The tax in the town is 10%, which clearly should be 1.000 Gold after buying a 10.000 Gold house.

The interface for buying your first house states that the cost is half, and clearly states that the taxes will be “$XXX/ payment period”, where XXX is 50% of the usual tax. The only reasonable way to read this is that the taxes will be 50% per payment period. But in practice, that 50% reduction only occurs the first time you pay, when you purchase the house. When the payment period expires and the tax is due, you are charged the full amount.

I’m a bit confused about the housing tax. I bought a 15,000 house as my first I got it for 7,500 gold. So that also means II get half the tax. I read that min tax on house is 750. The tax in evenfall is up 10% which brings it to 825. I assumed I would be paying half of that. Looked at how much rent is due and its 1238.81 gold. I was quite shocked as I was not expecting it to be this much when I bought it.

When I first purchased my house, it was with the 1st time home discount and faction discount. I bought it for 8k and when I tried to pay my first round of taxes, it was about 400g and said I had to wait 3 days. Fast forward to later in the evening, and my taxes now show that I owe a total of 1500g per week in taxes, down to 1100g with my faction discount, and the tax rate did not change in the territory.
