[BUG] Permanently dead game character without an option to respawn

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Permanently dead character without an option to respawn or use /unstuck (no possible way to respawn)
• Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: The entire game became unplayable.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
  step 1: setup a campfire to respawn at
  step 2: die while having a PVP fight
  step 3: respawn at your campfire (which had 12 seconds left before I could respawn)
  step 4: Have a awfully long loading screen (around 3 minutes instead of the 20 seconds)
  step 5: Congratulations you are now permanently dead without an option

Also ran into this issue on LIN LIN. You can’t click anything because you are dead. Hovering over unstuck,Recall, and submit feedback giv es you “You cannot perform this action when you are dead.”

I’ll update what live support has to offer but I’ve been stuck at 5 min estimated wait for about 20 minutes. Waiting for a Customer Service associate to arrive…

dead for now 25 days, 10 chats with support, 4 logs sent… nobody helped, I AM STILL DEAD.
