- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Midgard
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Frequently when used Petrifying Scream the animination with go off, but there will be no damage and no effect. The CD doesnt even go off, it just locks you in the animation.
- Is this a bug or an exploit: BUG
- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Negative, the ability misfires causes many mistakes and loss chances. You also die sometime becuase you think it went off when it didn’t.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Use Scream on the LIVE server, this issue started with the FEB patch and still have not been fixed in any patch since then.
