Can confirmed this happened while we were mid fight PVP’ing trying to push conflict.
The timing is SUPER suspect.
He did not spam, he engaged in BANTER over a recruitment message.
But again, that cant be spam, because BANTER is a two way street, some one engaged him in that convo, he wasnt toxic or threatening at ALL. he hardly types.
But the chat tool, is ment for ENGAGING other players.
But a perma ban for a recuitment message and banter?
Thats insane.
he isnt a bot, he isnt selling gold, he isnt threatening or anything.

Was it that another member also was recruiting? Was it some one reported for selling gold?
Was this a error? The lack of communication and clarification is gonna make us all quit. You legit will lose hundreds of players off this one ban, if we can all be PERMA banned for simply TALKING in the chat box. IF your direction to it is to be as VAGUE as possible for Global chat, but allow people to win wars while activity exploiting but perma ban people for talking in a NORMAL CONVERSATION?!

Either you ahve a issue with your logging system, and some one elses chat history is attached to his id some how (the only SANE explanation i can think of to PERMA BAN some one for simply having a conversation that has no threats of any sort)

LEGIT WTF moment for me, cause this is toxic if your handing out perma bans for talking to other players but people actively exploiting live on twitch get a 24 hour ban
- either this a mass report being abused, (and a person OK’d it?)
- Some chat log is being erroneously attached? (good thing he records everything then) But the SUPER VAGUE NATURE of the response and not the message of him being told “This message: …” what exactly it was.
- Gold selling reported? (again we dont know WHAT is going on)
- Banter? He made jokes of our company needing six company’s to hold our roster (we dont, but we do have ALOT of members)
- 1 recruitment message? (another member had a recruitment message too, but thats not SPAM especially when its different people and you cant copy and paste, it take a bit to type out, and isnt some over boding wall of text 50 times, 2 people)
- Some abusive policy that will ban people for talking but not shwoing how to cheat in a game.?
----- LEGIT you have 24’d people ACTIVELY ENCOURAGING EXPLOITING mechanics in this game and given them 24 hour bans, but hand out a PERMA ban that 100% no threat’s and no harassment? WHAT ARE YOUR PRIORITY’S!?

But i hope you will step in cause something is seriously wrong or being abused here Because he didnt spam, spam is the same message over and over, a recruitment message isnt spam done one or two times over a given period of time. RECRUITMENT IS A PART OF THE GAME (nonstop spamming walls of text to make talking impossible are, but that isnt what happened here.)

im upset cause i was next to him, and in comm’s the whole time, i know he didnt spam. and this is insane.
as i said he has a recording from that night, it would be EASY to disprove a allegation, but we will be uploading the whole thing as your teams LACK of a clear issue its better to just be BROAD so no one can say “oh it happened off scene”
Im tagging all the dev’s i know are active here, so i apologize, but this is just beyond me to comprehend, as i said. There is something SUPER WRONG with the ban, AND THE ACTIONS AGS is taking. This removes ALL TRUST from us, me, and probably a CRAP TON of other people if you will hand out a 24 hour to some one actively cheating, but PERMA BAN some one for talking in chat with others who are engaging them. But the LACK OF CLEAR COMMUNICATION is TOXIC on AGS’s part.
