Had the same bug twice today and yesterday, after putting in several hours by 50+ people.
Seeing here now this bug is known for more than a week is unacceptable thats why I uninstalled the game right now after closing it.
I recommend you all do the same, its the only language jeff understands.

Whole map is yellow, one purple territory.
Green pushes purple territory into conflict.
No declarations possible because of bug

This is happening on Hawaiki again.
Weaver’s Fen in conflict. Cant declare war due to the mouse over tooltip saying there is an upcoming invasion.
There is no upcoming invasion.
In addition to that, the faction we attacked and put into conflict responded by attacking one of our areas and they were freely able to declare war.
A core mechanic of the game is inherently broken and its not being addressed.
I’m unlikely to continue playing at this rate.
Please fix immediately.
Also happening on Dis in WIndsward
So WIndsward HAD an invasion the previous day - it looks like whatever locks it out just never cleared. Can a dev please manually clear this??
Same issue on Dis server. Can’t take Windsward have influence at 100% can’t take it
The invasion needs to happen first; when the event is concluded, the team can set a time for war. Invasions and war operated like this in beta builds.
The invasion already happened. That is the bug. It went by with no one participating in it (because no one was level 50 on our server at the time) and then the invasion vanished. Now no one can declare war on the territory.
As you can see in one of the pictures there are no wars in upcoming wars the invasion already happened and now this bug is the result of it
Wars, conflicts and invasions did NOT operate like this in the beta.
There’s a distinct window BEFORE an “invasion declaration” that says an “upcoming invasion” blocks your war declaration, when there is none. The bug being, that blocker should only be in effect while an active “upcoming invasion” is on the map. The kicker here, is that there WILL be a invasion declared within the next 12-24 of the button being bugged, so it appears to be a timing issue of two different systems deriving information in different way/from different logic.
There’s also a window where influence can accrue and cause an “in conflict” WHILE the invasion is upcoming + ongoing. This is not visible on the map, and when at faction quests is SPECIFICALLY says “influence cannot be accrued at this time which an invasion is upcoming” or similar. This allows teams to sneakily put a region into conflict without people realising it’s being taken over, then subsequently declare war the MOMENT the invasion finishes.
These are bugs without a doubt. If they’re not, it’s terrible game design and inconsistent from the beta.

Same on NA Vaitarani unable to declare on any territory its extremely frustrating as we play this game for this great aspect!
BUMP must be fixed asap. Other Factions can declare War to us. But we have Inavsion 3. We want declare War but we cant because they have invasion 2. Bugged and anoying af.

Please fix this, people are leaving the game because of this, we spent hours to rise up the influence!
US West Satanazes - Syndicate members have been complaining for days that we can’t do anything to Covenant-owned Monarch’s Bluff because of this bug.
EU - Canopis the same issues here. Just drove the influence up to put WW into conflict. Cant declare due to invasion, yet there is no invasion. There is pending invasion in 3 other areas but not here!
Same on Loloi. How can there be this many screens and reports of an obvious core gameplay, gamebreaking bug and we have no reply from Developers?

The fact that this bug is happening for everyone including myself and my company (twice btw) for over 15 days without any response amazon is concerning to say the least. Small indie game studio I guess.
