Can you fix servers ??? Every war we have SO MUCH LAG. Almost impossible to play. Can you fix ASAP???

The wars we had today and a few days ago were the worst PvP experience I’ve ever had in an MMO RPG game. Please fix your servers. This is making the AWS servers look bad.
I don’t want to stop playing because I’m having a big lag in the war…

There is proof enough that this need to be a priority fix.
The wars before this last update was way better than the last one.
Please AGS take in mind that we’re not talking about bad internet or low pc config issues, this is a client/build incident that wasnt here before.
Lets keep New World a nice experience to play.

We are 100% aware of the issue you are surfacing. We are aware of all of the issues being surfaced by the Community in our forums, Discord, Reddit, in-game, across Social Media.
The team is working very hard to prioritize and address as many issues a possible on a weekly basis.
I am working with the team to identify our Top 20 player concerns and provide updates and progress reports on how we are tackling them and what is in our way. I will get that published as soon as possible to give you broader visibility on where we are at and it will give players the chance to shout if we’re missing anything.

I agree, you have to prioritize PvP bugs, because those are issues in a competetive situation. I don’t think people care much about having bugs in the open world, but losing a territory because of game issues is really annoying.

Also not being able to declare war is a major issue that needs to be addressed asap! Before the last patch there wasn’t so much lag on the wars so.
Please ban cheaters that have been reported here and through the support ticket system for Amazon Games when evidence is provided, not just the in-game reporting tool as it does not seem to work properly, please see my detailed documented evidence of a cheater who is still ruining the server with no repercussions, Hacker on Betelgeuse EU server - Rhytz
Not straight war dependant … But 1. Get the transfer working many of us loose interest because we can’t play with friends.
2. Guild bank and guild housing… Maybe with a garden and pets to sink gold make the economy more stable. A guild bank to get friends together working on projects like housing or whatever together. That game has the perfect base for a big good MMO. It’s good as it is but you can make so much out of the setting and so on.
- Pvp scaling … How can it be that I can destroy a lvl 60 as lvl 35 player ?

I really apreciate you take the time to answer our claims, and we understand the game is new and will have problems, until it is fixed… I would just like to ask if possible, for Amazon to comunicate more with the playerbase, so we can remain calm and keep the faith in the whole thing… I would love to know the estimate time for level 65 portals to be fixed aswell, etc… thanks for reaching out to us.

Some players also exploit bugs for their own purposes, what will happen to them? Example: LAG War exploit (Server - Jotunheim). - YouTube
On our server (DUAT - EU) there is a company with sub companies MEVZU. They are using this as an exploit to take territory and have put taxes to maximum making trading near impossible. I’m loving the game but this is really making me want to stop playing. Please revert all settlements/taxes to neutral/default, deal with the players and stop the wars until the issue is properly fixed. Thanks! A suggestion that will be very healthy:
- Close the wars until you fix it, so players who play fair won’t lose their territory to players who use these bugs.
- These players who are abusing bugs in wars are ruining our experience,sincerely hope you close the wars.
