We have no idea “what is the current priority for AGS”, the roadmap was promised, but it was completely forgotten and scrapped. The priority was the queues, they fixed it, the priority changed to “Players can switch servers, and play with their friends, in a week”, we are going to the third week, and there is no forecast when we will be able to play and enjoy the game with our friends, those who are already heading towards the end-game.
Please be transparent with your players while they are still interested and excited about the game they love and want to see it grow and evolve.

The wars are very harsh to play, this insane lag is killing all wars, isn’t fun to play a war like this. Please amazon fix this server lag on wars the fastest possible.
really wars are impossible to play, in launch and beta, both wars and cities were running smooth on my pc, now wars are just lag, crash, cities with lag, crash, taking too long to render things, all that after the updates they had, we hope they will fix it as they released an update to fix bugs and now it’s not even playable anymore.

I don’t want to stop playing because I’m having a big lag in the war…
There is proof enough that this need to be a priority fix.
The wars before this last update was way better than the last one.
Please AGS take in mind that we’re not talking about bad internet or low pc config issues, this is a client/build incident that wasnt here before.

We are 100% aware of the issue you are surfacing. We are aware of all of the issues being surfaced by the Community in our forums, Discord, Reddit, in-game, across Social Media.
The team is working very hard to prioritize and address as many issues a possible on a weekly basis.
I am working with the team to identify our Top 20 player concerns and provide updates and progress reports on how we are tackling them and what is in our way. I will get that published as soon as possible to give you broader visibility on where we are at and it will give players the chance to shout if we’re missing anything.
