[Bug] Rapid Accuracy Perk Doesn't Proc If You Kill The Mob

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: The [Rapid Accuracy] perk within the Hunter (Bow) skill tree doesn’t proc if you kill the mob with the final arrow
• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Perk doesn’t proc
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Physically, yes. Emotionally, no.
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Using a bow, attack a mob using [Rapid Shot] with the [Rapid Accuracy] perk. If all three arrows land, and the final arrow kills the mob, the perk doesn’t proc.

This is another topic covering this but I’ll add comments to each. This was reported in Closed Beta and is still an issue in release.
