[Bug Report] Missing description for title in the "Skill Levels" category

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Kaloon [EU CENTRAL]

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: All tooltip for titles in the “Skill Levels” category are missing and show @ui_playertitle_skills_description instead.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: BUG

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Not affected at all (Not tried to use one of these titles).

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No (already verified the game files with steam for another reason)
