Speculation - It’s near the fort and following the wall a little it seems to be squared around the fort.

I ran back around to see if I can get it’s last corner for you but it was up a cliff and I couldn’t reach it.

- I logged out to character screen. On re-entering the game - I was able to enter the area with no further issues.
