[BUG] Sacred Protection Life Staff Perk Doesn't Work

  The Sacred Protection Life Staff perk should increase healing by 5% but doesn’t work at all,
  healing stays the same with and without the perk.

  Useless perk

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:
  No

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
  Put a Sacred ground or any healing spell on wounded teammate or yourself without Sacred
  protection perk and afterwards with the perk. The healing numbers stay the same.

Incoming Healing bonus is capped at 50%. sacred caps you. the perk works fine

Are you sure? I mean even if you’re wearing heavy armor it doesn’t seem to have any effect

the armor bonus’s are outgoing healing. different modifiers. “incoming healing” like Divine. Sacred ground 2nd perk. Life staff aoe perk. and whatnot. are all effecting how much healing you take. where as light armor bonus / 200 focus / blessed life staff perk / and a few others are outgoing heaing. and both have seperate caps
