I have the same issue, I think it started when pressed ALT+Enter, the screen is not coming back to full screen…

I had this happen, I had to log out, change to windowed mode (in main menu), close game, open game, switch to full screen (in main menu), close game, and then reopen to fix it.

I had the same problem.
I searched for 2 hours on google, after being insulted in-game for asking for help in the chat.
