Describe the issue you are experiencing: Spear Cooldown Reduction talents do not work properly after Winter patch. They only proc 50-60% of the time.
Aggressive Maneuvers, Refreshing Reach, Refreshing Jabs.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Simply using these talents will show they do not always work.
As described, Cooldown Reduction talents for Spear do not work 100% of the time anymore, since the Winter patch. It used to always work, now it only works about half the time. Sometimes it even works on 1 ability but not the other(s) (when it should reduce ALL cooldowns).
P.S. Changes/improvements to spear this patch are great, very appreciated! Feels much more functional like other melee weapons <3
Confirmed. Aggressive Maneuvers Bugs out when surrounded by players & you cannot fully animate the dodge, Rubberband also obviously messes with it & skills like gravity well & I forget the stupid ice wall skill also break it ~ the last point is kind of right, but it is a balance issue, OP great axe grit + cuck, OP ice infinity stacks + cuck vs spears broken damage (confirmed crit issues now).
Futher more dodging into a spear or walking into a player causes spear damage not to apply or at worst, you hit, it animates a hit, but the damage does not apply. (confirmed for 10 mins straight in testing today, Check my chars logs!)
Solution: reroll spear broken AF & out of line with other class balance.
Not as bad as bow, but close enough.
Unfortunately its a common amateur mistake often made in MMO’s, The application of skills, some skills, needs to be on keypress, so they actually work, rather than linked to the animation or in this case a set of commands, Ability-animation > Dodge~animation > Timer > Ability-animation
They also usually try to fix this mistake by speed up the animations which keeps the problem, In AGS case I think they will fail us by increasing the timers inbetween which will also fail, due to the same reason it currently does.
They need to change it to apply on the dodge then add a reuse timer (Which i’d suspect it also already has & could also be bugged… But that’s just a guess but would explain the random set of 4 timers we used to see when we first attacked with spear a patch or so ago that were not attached to skills that we know of or could see/use in that scenario)
