The House rank Bug

Bug Start: since I setup the house three month ago
Town : Ebonscale
House : Tier IV House

The ranking of the houses does not update and does not consider any activity.
The timer is always at 00:00:00, I suppose it was never properly initilizied.

My Ebonscale House: Not gaining Rep from City Quests

I’m puzzled about this: I purchased a Tier-4 house in Ebonscale Reach early this month, and ran some city quests, but it’s reputation score never went up from the quest turn-ins. It’s stuck on the values earned by its furnishings. Other homeowners on this spot show rep values in the hundreds of thousands, or in the millions. Is my instance of the house bugged?

Thanks! I’m hoping this received a fix for the Burning Sands update. Hopefully??

Additional info: my other two houses (T4 in Monarch’s Bluff, my first house, purchased in in late 2021 and a T2 in Brightwood, purchased last Spring) are showing rep gains normally. So the bug seems time-sensitive, as if the bug emerged in a relatively recent update.
