I am the player who was trying to get the trophy crafted. Live Support just had me go through all the troubleshooting methods with no luck. So here i am. Hoping something can be done : )

This happened to me today as well. I made numerous trophies for a player the other day, including a Basic Ancients Combat Trophy. That player messaged me today informing me that they never got their Basic Ancients Combat Trophy, and I assumed I made a mistake, so I went and bought all of the materials with my own coin to reimburse them the trophy. I hand them the trophy, and proceed to make some additional trophies upon their request. I made them another handful of trophies including two additional Basic Ancients Combat Trophies, only for them to realize that none of the three made for them (including the one I paid for out of my own pocket) were in their inventory, nor were they in mine.
Upon trading Basic Ancient Combat Trophies, they disappear. I would be wary about trading any high value crafted items with this bug circulating, and as a result this a major gamebreaking bug that needs corrected ASAP as anyone with knowledge of it would put trades on hold completely until it is corrected.

same problem with ancient trophies. traded 3 yersterday and 3 today. all 6 are lost :((

basic ancient trophy is gone when trade
but basic angry earth trophy is fine

This is definitely an issue, traded 4 trophies to a friend after he gave me all the mats, returned 2 basic corrupted and 2 basic ancients.
Ancients disappeared into thin air.

This just happened to me. I made one for a friend, and proceeded to try 4 times to trade it with him… not realizing that I now have 4 basic ancient trophies lost to the void (1 of his and 3 of mine)
This bug has been going on for what seems like awhile. Can we please have some type of response. This is very frustrating
