HELP! Scrivener bug!

Hi, i’ve got a bug on my faction rank, i can not advance to the second rank (scrivener) Character Name: Awinma World: Abaton Level: 53 Faction: Syndicate Problem since: Around two weeks, i saw it after to transfer my character. I reported it more than one week ago, some developer told me to send a email and a youtube video and i made it, but nobody answer to me and nobody helps so i still got the same problem, if someone can help to me, here is a small video [Scrivener bug]

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I am stuck at the lowest rank and can not buy anything from Faction store

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I was Syndicate, then I changed to Cov than transfered back to Syndicate and got stuck. Reset, relog and reinstall didnt help! Game bug!
