Omicron - Bifrost
When a corrupted breach spawned on me, I got stuck inside the elevated ground around the hive. Unstuck did not work, got even deeper.
Mobs did hit me, I could not use anything.
Luckily, it was a level 25 and others could finish the breach so I did not die and did not loose durability on my gear.
Edit: the breach music kept playing after it was finished
