[BUG] upkeep housing

• What is your character name in New World: Astardes

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Lepus

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: upkeep of housing increases. after the City MonarchsBluff has been overtaken the Tax increases up to around 1.300 gold what is ok. Short after this increased it to around 1.500 gold. Now is the price raised up to nearly 3.000 gold.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: i think it is a bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: massive, i can´t use my housing benefits

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: NO
