My name in game is jonnytescio and i play in the server aaru.
When activating a rune you don’t see the VFX. For example for the explosive one I don’t see the yellow loading around the character but only the final explosion. Other than the rocky one I don’t see my character covered in stones
This way I can’t see the effect of the rune and I’m penalized in combat against other players.

To replicate, just activate any rune and you don’t see the graphic effect.
