I tried to complete the new mission, going to pick the berries, after that I headed to brightwood to make the potion because I already had fish oil, so I made the potion and spent the recipe and the mission was not completed so now it asks me for the recipe that I don’t have. I can’t create the potion or complete the quest. 
consume the potion. it lets you in
it doesn’t work but i restart the quest so now i can do it again
