Somehow I bugged the quest: The Last Soulwarden
The task is at this stage:
Search Adamant Mine for the Soulwarden Memeorial
I found the monument, read the epitaph on the sarcophagus of the soul guards and nothing happened … I’m already 26 lv this task is at 15 lv in addition, this is the main plot.

I just switched the game to English to write this post and the bug solved itself when I returned to the monument with the English interface

I’m glad to hear it’s working as of now, but remember if you ever face an issue with a bug in your quest you can take it up to #bug-reports for further assistance or contact us as well!
Also you can reset the quest to see if the issue persists. It can be accessed by the default hotkey of J. This will bring up your quest. Once you find the quest with the issue, you should see a reset button located right below the Pin button.
