- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Devaloka
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: The last perk (hearty, which gives bonus stamina) on “Forgotten Vow”, the new tempest’s heart strength ring, is not working if you get the item below 600 gear score, and upgrade it to legendary. It only adds it to the item’s description, but it does not gives you bonus stamina.
