Bugged Quests- traitorous Weaponry and first thing I remember

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: The Traitorous Weaponry and The First Thing I remember Quest NPCs are not where they are supposed to be to even start the quests. as such, i cannot complete these arcs or the ones they open up.

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: The Traitorous Weaponry Quest NPCs disappeared after accepting the quest. i cannot complete these arcs or the ones they open up because of it.
