Empowering Meteor Shower doesn’t work properly if either Keenly Jagged is on the Weapon or if “Watch it burn” is skilled. - Is this a bug?
Yep. - (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay:
If you want to get 10 Stacks with Empowering Meteor Shower you have to intentionally avoid Keenly Jagged on your Weapon and dont spec into Watch it Burn. - (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:
Its just annoying
Keenly Jagged also for example prevents Ice Gauntlets “Punishing Storm” from working. Im sure there are also some other weapons where Keenly Jagged / Proc Perks make problems. - (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
1st Video where you see it proccing normally (up to x10 Empower off of 2 enemies) vs the same setup after skilling “Watch it Burn”
2nd Video where you see it proccing normally first (x10 Empower on 2 enemies) and me then switching to a Fire Staff with Keenly Jagged on it. In that case it only proccs once per enemy.
3rd Video where you see a procc of Keenly Jagged affecting how many stacks of “Empowered Meteorshower” you get. (sometimes 9 Stacks, sometimes 5 Stacks, varies). It shouldnt affect it at all.

Happens anytime a fire mage casts Meteor Shower (which isn’t that often nowadays I guess )
