[Bug]Should have m10's open, but it won't unlock + bug

I have golded an m10 Depths before, however I don’t have it unlocked. I noticed that I had an 8 silver, so I ran a group through there and got a Gold.

Upon leaving, this is what shows now.

I don’t understand what’s going on, I just want to get 10’s unlocked.

I hope you’re having a great time in the game.

I have done a little research on this topic and found a common issue of not meeting the mutation requirements. Check the requirements to unlock the mutation M10 :

• Minimum players
• Codex at corresponding level.
• Complete the previous run and get Gold

If you have meet the requirement, then contact AGS customer support to report a Bug on the mutation unlock process.
