Describe the issue you are experiencing: The Tier IV Miner’s Shirt shoulder cloak is animating incorrectly as you mine. The back left side of the cloak flies out from the body really poorly, with spiking textures due to some vertices not animating properly. The animation is very jerky and pops the textures a lot, immediately, not smoothly as if moving within physical limits.

- Mine any ore node and see the back left side of the cloak animate incorrectly.
