I recently bought a vicious, refresh move, splinter shot bow that should get the new explosion thing for PTR.
Build I wanna play revolves around a beast rapid shot bow. I really want vicious, Attunement, Rapidshot bow . That’d be the dream, though I don’t even know if that’s possible to obtain Due to perk buckets .
Vicious , PvP pen headshot, rapid shot OHHH
I’ll take vicious, keen, rapidshot too but prefer attunement over keen
Be nice to see different play styles and technically builds due to weapon perk buffs now . Good change and update

It sounds like you have some cool ideas in motion.
I’m not fussed by keen either… The Dex perk got buffed from 5% crit to 10% crit. So if you drop keen you are only losing 6% from this patch to the next one 
Hmm good point about keen. I think attunements are going to be rly strong. Lower CD and it procs on abilities , it’s pretty dam strong in PTR IMO . Though may be changed who knows for live . Keeping my eye on it though

I really like the paladin kinda build, not huge damage but stopping power all over.

I’ve got a build in mind for IG chilling wind, should do 9-12x IGs weapon damage over the course of 3s
Bit of a gimmick though, doesn’t work if anyone actually runs away

Loads were using this skill on PTR. Was it buffed?
40% more damage, grit and doesn’t get cancelled with haste plus some other stuff
So you can catch someone in ice storm or shower and follow that up with max haste wind chill for 6-8 seconds
The haste lasting that long, not wind chill
Jesus no wonder everyone is using it! Tbf I’ve managed to fight it pretty successfully so far… But it definetly seems strong 
I’m torn. I don’t think I’ll depart from Life Staff, I did quite like it and quite liked healing with it. Then, probably hammer, since it packs stuns. Between stuns, buffs, debuffs and heals, hopefully I’d provide a ton of support as a paladin type and would be valuable on frontline and backline. Heavy armor, no doubt.
On the other hand, I’ve been hankering to try proper tanking in this game with SnS. At that point, I probably wouldn’t take hammer or LS but also try spear to do two new things. Which isn’t really paladin at all, but hey, variety is the spice of life. Mostly because SnS is a split weapon, so having Foc for LS, then Dex and Str and some Con doesn’t seem super appealing.
As you can tell, the ranged weapons never really appeal to me, ha. I’ve played some Musket back when I did Dex Int, Rapier/IG in beta, and I did like it quite a bit but I enjoy melee so much in this game. The action is much more visceral for me than other games like WoW or FFXIV.

That’s the reality tbh, all the montage clips I and other bow players make are generally of our best moments. I don’t claim to be the best player, I’m better than many others, but I still miss a lot. 1 v 1 I would say I win 8 out of 10 times…
If you have watched my montage videos you may have been under the impression I rarely miss. Sadly this isn’t true 
I’m better at editing than aiming and if you watch other bow players who make content this is pretty consistent.
Even some of the best bow players in this game miss shots. People just dont want to believe that because nerf bow.
ive been using spear of the cruel mage for while now glad i bought it 
well see after nerf , ive put the bow down for now but we will see
Yeah I bought it a few months a go, just as I thought it was interesting. It should be really strong when this patch releases
