More context: On 11/27 I placed a large buy order for soul and air mote and logged off for the night. On 11/28, I logged in and noticed that my completed buy orders were either fulfilled or my money should have reimbursed. In this case, it was showed as completed, as I didn’t cancel it and it wasn’t even 24 hours later after listing it. I contacted AGS support and was told a ticket would be created. I never received a single response or any acknowledgement of this ticket being created in response to the live support chat.
On 12/3, I decided to sell most of my high tier crafting materials and most things I’ve obtained, Such as half of my orichalcum ingots, 48 Bottles of Azoth, About 300 Ironwood planks, which half of them were marked as “sold”, the rest are in purgatory. In the second video, you can see orichalcum ingots and ironwood planks in there, because those are what i kept to continue with Asmodeum CDs and Glittering CDs, I sold the excess amount. I logged off with about 13k in my inventory.
On 12/4, exactly 24 hours later, I logged in with 18k in my inventory. (5k was mailed to me as I was logging in by a company member named Major Smokey because I loaned him 5k). I looked at my sell orders, and noticed most things that I cared about did sell. Whatever I didn’t sell returned back into its respective storages (Cutlass/Mourningdale/Everfall). I however, did not obtain ANY GOLD AT ALL from ANYTHING THAT SOLD while I was offline.
This is insane, some of this stuff is weeks/months of hard work, and I have nothing to show from it. I have no idea how long this has been happening to me either. These are just the only times that I’ve caught it. I have also recorded the video from the live chat support, which I will not post yet, but I was told I’d get an update within 24 hours. If I do not get an update, I’ll post the livechat support here as a reply and upload it on YouTube.
I’m stuck on a server where my faction is outnumbered 10-1 by Syndicate while I’m Marauder. I can’t faction transfer (Well over 70 days still), and I can not server transfer either, as I server transferred into it. So I’m trapped in a dead faction, a dead server, and I can’t push a territory that makes income, and can’t even make money from the things I sell if I go offline… I spend most of my money repairing gear for the territories that are owned just for trying to defend it, and even that’s overpriced.
I see that this is a known issue, and it’s been on the list for awhile, why is this still an issue? This is killing any shred of will to continue playing the game. The markets are constantly bought out for any resource that I need to level up crafting by a couple of players/faction. If I place a buy order, I just probably wont get the items, and lose my gold in the process. I can’t get money from OPR, because there’s literally no OPR here unless Syndicate decides they want to.
Is anybody else having this same issue? There’s literally no reason for me to even attempt to progress on this character right now.
