Eventhough trading shouldn’t be working, you can still buy stuff from the trading post in Everfall / Abaton. Creating sell orders says to try again and never works.
In some other city, buying didn’t work. People were also saying that Trading in Everfall was working and people just kept trading. Didn’t try this myself thought.
