Camp 5 quest bug

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Rocabarra
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: The tier 5 camp quest “Fading Lights” is not offered by Derick Wardell even though I am level 60 with a tier 4 camp unlocked.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Unable to get quest to unlock Tier 5 campsite
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Level to 55 or above and have the Tier 4 campsite unlocked, then go to Derick Wardell for the quest to unlock the Tier 5 campsite

Had same issue, got camp 4 quest where the camp 5 quest should have been…as result, do not have access to tier 5 camp. Zyker, Level 60 Valgrind.
