Camp T5 quest is not giving T5 camp

  I did quest for Tier 5 camp, it is still tier 4, and I don’t have anymore quests to do.
• Is this a bug or an exploit:

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:
  I can’t craft potions to farm 55+ level mobs for gypsium.(Probably I can, but i need to use other person camp)

  Nop

There are several stages in this quest chain (1 for each tier of camp) but they can be completed out of order which makes it very easy for stage 2 to have been skipped so you end up with only tier 4 camp after completing the last stage quest. Go back to each of these npc’s and check they do not have the related quest to give you.

Friends in Fashion - In Monarch’s Bluffs town npc Bercina Thornton.
Animal Instincts - On some rocks to the right of the road leading south out of Cutlass Keys npc Tosch
Lupine Observations - In Restless Shore town nppc Rilette Wilson.
Fading Lights - in Edengrove town npc Derick Wardell.

Also yes as you said potions can be made at any tier 5 camp, it does not have to be a camp owned by you. That will not fix the bug if you have the other version of it that my suggestion does not help, (sometimes 1 bug on a quest is just not enough apparently) but it does at least let you make the potions.

Regarding camps I farm in specific places and to waste 5 minutes searching camps or running to some elites zones to get tier 5 camp is time consuming and boring

Still it is a bug, a lot of people have it, needs to be fixed.
