After completing the quest (main questline in Monarch’s Bluff) to upgrade my Camp tier 1 to tier 2, everything was ok: I even built it a couple of times. But, when i relogged, it was “downgradred” to tier 1.

Yes

I can’t build and use my Camp tier 2 anymore.

No.

Building a camp with “Y” key.

This is an issue for many people at the moment (if you look in the other T2 and T5 tent threads). For some reason people are getting knocked back a level as they progress the main story. Same thing happened to me so now I can’t reach T5 camp until they fix whatever is going on
