Quest animal instict complete but i dont have camp tier 3.
I believe its a bug. I am level 34 and can only make a tier 2 camp
Have not been able to fix

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
I completed Tier 3 camp Animal instincts, and did not receive Tier 3 camping.
I went back to complete the tier 2 camping mission Friends In Fashion, and have Tier 3 camping.

I also can not build a T3 camp (only T2) currently. I’m level 37 and have completed Animal Instincts.

Adding to the thread, Im also having this issue. Animal instincts is complete, im level 42 and still have a T2 camp. I cannot reset the animal instincts quest. Has anyone found a solution?

Same with my character. Tosch does not offer any more quests.

Actually, I have resolved this. It turns out I already had the T2 camp without doing the T2 quest for some reason. I checked the quests and saw that I still had the “friends in fashion” quest available in monarch bluffs. If advise everyone to go check for available quests:

Completing the quest in monarch bluffs upgraded my camp to tier 3.

Yes!! Looks like I forgot to do this quest.
Go talk to Bercina Thornton, near the Kitchen in Monarch’s Bluff.
