- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Since Launch Im still missing tier 5 camp. I rechecked all NPCs from a questline that give quests like: Friends in Fashion, Animal Instincts, Lupine Observations, Fading Lights. Tough I maybe missed one, but not a single of them give me any quest I could have somehow not completed. I rechecked Quest Journal, not a single one of those quests appear there. I restarted a game. I reinstalled a game. Updated drivers, I even had full PC cleanup with reinstalling system, waited over 8 months, logged back in and the tier 5 camp is still missing.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Can’t craft pretty useful stuff from camp.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I log in, and the tier 5 camp is not there.
- When did this happen? Few weeks after launch of a game, still ongoing.
