System Information: GeforceNow
What is happening?
When I try to create a camp by pressing Y, I get the message “Camping Not Unlocked Yet”. I am level 33 and have unlocked the Tier 2 camp.
Where are you in the process when you run into the trouble?
First noticed in Monarch’s Bluff near the Dreadscythe Lookout, but the problem wasn’t specific to that location and continues to persist after moving around.

Sorry about the issue with the Camp, may i know since when you have been with this issue? Did you try to not use GeForceNow?
Try:
Run Steam and New world as admin
Steam integrity file Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files
And relaunch the game.
Once done, please verify if the problem is solved.

I am lvl 59 and it started like 5 minutes ago so its not an isolated prob
Yesterday I had to do a repair for second day running . . . . . . . like what is happening???
The problem had just started yesterday. It was probably the first time I tried to make a camp since last weekend.
Per your suggestion, I started up using a fresh install on my local computer under Steam and the problem was gone. Returning to GeforceNow after that, the problem is also gone - i.e., I can now build a camp.

Yes I did one on each day before this happened and then after when I couldnt camp. Rebooting the game fixed the issue - on that note rebooting fixes issues quite often
