Currently in world pvp camps can easily and readily be used to zerg and abuse. dump 10 around a factions pvp quest pickup in a zone and continously respawn with a whole bunch of ppl and prevent them from doing the quest.
This is a boring mechanic and most likely not intented.
The best ways to counter things like this is either
A: Camps can not be used while PvP tagged
B: PvP tagged players have Unique camps that can be destroyed by other factions and when toggeling to PvP they are unbound from existing PvE camps.
C: PvP marked players cannot spawn on Camps if other factions PvP marked players are within 100m of that tent.
there are probably other workarounds to do but theese are some quick suggestions i came up with quickly.
PvP should be about tactics and skill, not brute force with permanent respawns and zerging.
