- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I started the game day one and choose syndicate as my faction. Due to company decisions switched factions to covenant and advanced my rank to 4. With recent mergers and free faction swap I went back to syndicate. Since I had already beat the trial of Scrivener previously, Krockes is no longer there to offer the quest but instead is Xiaoling Biyu in BW. He will not offer the trial quest to me and so, because of this, I cannot advance my rank.
