This is intentional. They implemented this to prevent spammers.
Edit: Looks like you have far more than 72 hours since your account was created. Their latest notes say to log out and back in and it should fix this.

well yes, but they stated they have 467 hours on them, which would mean its bugged, assuming they are not somehow after 400 hours still under lvl 10 lol

I bought game again, still “72h” problem and can’t trade again…
relogging doesnt do anything at all. i havethis issue and i have tried everything

They’re not just going to fix the issue right away they have many other things on their plates and if they had to deal with every individual that has issues then nothing would ever get done.

I’ve came across a similar issue. Still not sure what causes it, but the thing I noticed was that the “Give Coin” option was greyed out for me. I had the text “Your account needs to be level 10 and 72 hours old”. I also noticed that my global chat was not going through at the time. Logging out and logging back in solved the issue for me.
After family sharing was turned off, I bought it again to the account I played. But the problem still persists.
Lvl 60 here and one of my company mates had the same issue after outpost. Had to relog to fix it

I have the same issue. After contacting Support I have been told to wait 72h since it happend. I waited, and yesterday it worked for about 2 hours. Then I have the same error again.
You can see that you are flagged for under lvl10 / 72h account age if you try to donate gold to the company. There you receive the pop up. (See Screenshot attached)
I am using In-Home Streaming but NOT Family Share, could this cause the error?

Mine was similar. I have an account at level 30+ that couldn’t use any chat except help. Sucked to recruit groups to do expeditions. I contacted amazon support live chat; someone tried to remove the restriction for me but couldn’t.
I was already at about 65 hours playtime; thinking the chat restriction will remove itself SURELY, after I hit a certain level… Nope. Waited the rest of the time and relogged, then it removed itself. I guess as I had hit the threshold for removal.

Same message about account has to be 72 hours or older, cant chat in faction, global, recruitment, or anything.

Just confirmed I cannot trade either, says i must be level 10 and have an account more than 3 days old.,
This is crippling to not be able to trade or chat.
