Continuing the discussion from PTR: February 24, 2023 Patch Notes:
does this mean upgrading any gear with umbral shards will result in legendary’s or just the 600 gs items that we were getting from caches/crates that rolled purple and had 600gs?
I’m so sad this doesn’t go through. Would be absolutely amazing!
