Can a Musket heavy attack?

As noted in the topic description there are new weapon perks that benefit from heavy attacks, for example: -Trenchant Strikes “Fully charged heavy attacks deal % additional damage.”.

So the question remains, can a musket heavy attack and benefit from said weapon perk?
