I’m seeing a lot of conflicting information about whether Avenging Bracers can drop at 590. I have also seen information that other pieces of the Avenging suit can not drop at 590 where I know they can.
Can I get an official response on this or if someone has received the bracers at 590+ can you confirm this for me please?
I have the full avenging set (except bracers) at 600GS.
The bracers are bugged. Since these pieces are not officially labeled with the “Named” item tag they drop with a GS range based on the level of the monster. They drop in the 400s currently
Monsters must be 59+ to be able to drop a non-named gear at 590+.
Again, the avenging stuff is legendary and gets a third perk, they’re just not officially labeled named.
Ok, that makes sense. So basically, they are intended to be able to drop as 590 but they don’t because of a bug in the drop tables… Like how the mob trophies used to not drop because of a filter.

In the PTR they made a comment about gs ranges, I reported this bug - I farmed Svikin’s on the PTR and dropped a named Tier 5 hat as 400GS and it can’t be upgraded still. A dev liked my comment so hopefully that means some visibility on the subject
Archmage hat, fearless spy hat, and avenging bracers are all <500 GS as they’re in the same loot bucket
