So I’ve just visited my enclave for the first time and noticed the stations are at level 2. None of the NPCs have anything to say about how to level them up. Are there some quests that would contribute to enclave’s improvement?
All the upgrades to both forts and towns in given region are handled by governor of the company that owns the region.
Governor decides what gets upgraded, pay for it and then town projects appear in the city on the town project board that everyone can participate.
True, but I’m interested in the new faction enclaves. They’re not governed by any company, so is it possible to improve them?
I dont think theres any system for this yet. It would have been talked about or it would have showed in patch notes.
